Investigation and analysis on the compliance of menopausal women in treatment of osteoporosis and the interventional countermeasures

Objective:To analyze the effect factors of compliance of menopausal women in treatment of osteoporosis,explore the interventional countermeasures.Methods:68 menopausal women with osteoporosis combined with bone fracture and osseous arthritis in different parts were selected from the hospital from August 2008 to June 2010 for investigation,the causes of affecting the compliance of menopausal women were analyzed.The menopausal women were divided into two groups,34 menopausal women in each group,the menopausal women in control group were treated with routine therapy and nursing,while the menopausal women in observation group were treated with interventional measures targeting to the problems,then the effects after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The main effect factors of the compliance of menopausal women in treatment of osteoporosis included the degree of the attention paid by the patients,their understanding of the disease and treatment,the diagnostic rate,economic status and their confidence in the treatment.After intervention,the compliance of menopausal women in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The effect factors of the compliance of menopausal women in treatment of osteoporosis are quite many,active interventional measures should be taken in the course of treatment in order to improve the curative effect.
