Data reading circuit for low frequency radio frequency IC card suitable for low voltage and corresponding apparatus

2008
The utility model relates to the IC card data reading field, in particular to a low frequency radio-frequency IC card data reading circuit and a corresponding device. The corresponding device consists of a singlechip, an ASK modulating circuit, an LC harmonic loop, a diode envelope detection circuit, a band pass filter circuit and a shaping and amplifying circuit which are connected orderly. The output of the shaping and amplifying circuit is connected with the singlechip, thereby forming a modulating circuit, a harmonic loop diode envelope detection circuit, the band pass filter circuit, a shaped and amplified device component and a base circuit consisting of a resistor, a capacitor, a diode, an audion and an inductor. The value range of inductance L1 in the circuit is between 400 and 600microhenry, the value range of the capacitance C1 is between 3000 and 4000picofarad, wherein, the value ranges of L1 and the capacitance C1 ensure that the harmonic frequency is 125kilohertz approximately; the value range of the resistance R3 is between 6.8kilohm and 15kilohm; the value range of the capacitance C4 is between 1000 and 3300picofarad. A low frequency radio-frequency IC card data reading device can work normally under the condition of 3V power supply, thereby enlarging the power supply application range of the low frequency radio-frequency IC card data reading device.
