Design and implementation of Cashmere goat genetics breeding database and integrated management system

In order to improve the quality of breeding and reproductive performance,reduce risk and cost,using of relevant information in Northern Shaanxi white Cashmere goat breeding pedigree reference resource and designed a Web-based data mining and breeding management platform.The mining based on genetic algorithm to distinguish breeding data matrix algorithm and decision support system,database structure,function module and the physical structure is designed.Application results show that the scheme can effectively solve the new breeding process for disordered hybrid caused problems outstanding gene frequency to reduce the rate of decline in the quality and variety.
