Decoding method of SMS and programming design for it based on GSM

AT Command Format and the coding and decoding methods of PDU module based on GSM Short Message Service is introduced in this paper. The cored technology of that AT commands control GSM SMS wireless module is designed in VB program. This technology will help those departments who look for- ward to set up SMS service systems greatly.
