Endobronchial Laser Treatment of Tumor Stenoses of the Bronchial System

The use of the laser in the tracheobronchial system was first described by LAFORET (1976) and TOTY (1978). Meanwhile, more encouraging reports of this procedure have appeared, notably those of DUMONT, who has already applied the technique in the treatment of more than 2000 patients.
