On the Unity and Development of the World Basketball Rules——Based on the Comparison of the FIBA and the NBA Rules

By using the method of literature,comparative analysis and logic reasoning methods,to analyze the recent ten years’ evolution in the FIBA rules rules,compare with the NBA rules from the meaning and spirit,the rules themselves,the time of the class,violation in the class,pause,replacement,the game field equipment.The results show that: the basketball rules’ changes are aiming to strengthen the standardization of game,the equality,development and appreciation,the unpredictability of the result of the match,and constantly excavate potential of the movement of athletes;so as to reduce the interruption of the game,to speed up the pace of the game,maintain in a balance between good defense and good attack,meet the development of competitive sports and the demand of modern basketball audience.
