Segmented combined type rotor

The invention relates to a segmented combined type rotor; the rotor is divided into at least two rotor sections; every two adjacent rotor sections have butt joint end surfaces which correspond to each other; the butt joint end surfaces of the two adjacent rotor sections are respectively provided with a plurality of bolt holes, the bolt holes on the butt joint end surfaces of the two adjacent rotor sections correspond to each other and are matched with each other; the two adjacent rotor sections are connected and combined into a whole by a plurality of locking bolts. The segmented combined type rotor is divided into different sections, forging materials and heat treatment processes are selected by all the sections according to the requirements for the mechanical properties and the high temperature performances which correspond to the application environments, and all the sections of the finished product are sequentially combined into a whole in a way of bolted connection, so that the finished product rotor is guaranteed to bear larger rotation torque, the forging difficulty of all the rotor sections can be reduced, the manufacturing technology is simplified, the manufacturing cycle is shortened, and the manufacturing cost is further lowered; furthermore, all the rotor sections of the finished product realize the requirements for the mechanical properties and the high temperature performances which correspond to the application environments of the rotor sections, and the difference of stress and heating of all the rotor sections can be formed, so that the application requirements can be met.
