Safety Monitoring Study of Disk Braking System of Mine Hoisting Machine

In order to ensure non-coal mine production safety and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents,this paper presents a LabVIEW-based safety monitoring system used in non-coal mine,in which the multi-volume(disc spring stress,brake clearance) mutual testing method is used to guarantee that the hoist can warn accurately and timely before the accident happens and the accident can be avoided.Based on the use of virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW,the hoist safety monitoring system software is developed,using program and calculation to determine whether the braking system is ineffective.
