Composition for improving sexual dysfunction and its preparation method

The invention aims to provide a composition for improving sexual dysfunction. The composition comprises, by weight: 5-200 parts of Ganoderma lucidum, 5-150 parts of American ginseng or ginseng, 1-90 parts of fermented Cordyceps sinensis powder and/or 1-120 parts of Cordyceps sinensis, or comprises active components made of the water and/or alcohol extracts of the raw materials. The composition can be applied in preparation of health care products or drugs or products for improving sexual dysfunction.
