A 40 Gb/s SiGe bipolar chipset for terabit optical networks

This article presents measurement results for a 40 Gb/s SiGe bipolar chipset, including high-speed ASIC design, transmitter, receiver and clock recovery circuits and transmission experiments for a terabit optical network. (12 pages)
