Analytical synthesis and analysis of industrial facility control system versions

2017
The article resolves the problem of examining the possibilities for analytically synthesized regulators use to control a standard production facility with a time delay subjected to random perturbations. We synthesized various kinds of astatic system polynomial controllers for the automatic production facility control. During synthesis, the delay element is represented by the 3 rd and the 1 st order transfer functions based on the Pade approximation. The mathematical simulation method was used to examine parametric robustness of the synthesized systems during variations in the controlled facility parameters (gain factor and delay time) and sensitivity to random external perturbations. We compared the obtained results with the results of simulating of a system with a standard proportional-integral controller. Our study identified the advantages and shortcomings of such synthesized systems and determined the most rational version of building control, that is a system with a polynomial regulator.
