Chinese open strategies were based on the expanding export,foreign investment and very strict foreign exchange system.The results are international disequilibrium of balance of payment,People's Bank of China issuing a large amount of RMB and the prices significantly rising.In the future,our open strategies must be based on China's balance of international payment and the free foreign exchange system.
