The invention provides a structure and a preparation method of a low-volatility cyclic sulfur-containing silane oligomer. The structural formula of a compound is described in the description. In a formula (1), R represents monovalent alkane with the chain length of 2, n is 2-20, and x is an integer of 2-10; and the compound is prepared by taking 3-chloropropyl triethoxy silane, water and sodium polysulfide as raw materials. The low-volatility cyclic sulfur-containing silane oligomer has the advantages of simpleness in preparation method, convenience in use of a product, good effect and low volatility substance release and is suitable for industrial production.
