LTE (Long Term Evolution) load balancing method based on neighbor set

The invention discloses an LTE (Long Term Evolution) load balancing method based on a neighbor set. The LTE load balancing method comprises the following steps of: step 1, computing an overall load; step 2, constructing a minimum load neighbor set; step 3, accounting a load variation; step 4, carrying out load transfer; and step 5, carrying out convergence judgment. According to the LTE load balancing method based on the neighbor set, starting from analysis of cell load, the corresponding load variation is calculated according to a difference between the cell load and the overall load; through capacity of physical resource blocks and factor equalization requirements, the appropriate number of user transfer decisions can be implemented. After the method is implemented, the resource utilization rate of the whole communication system can be utilized to provide higher cell business throughput capacity, thereby improving customer perception.
