Teacher-led professional development using a multimedia resource to stimulate change in mathematics teaching

The focus and methods of the T-MEDIA project and the development and structure of the resulting multimedia CPD resources were described in Chapter 1. Subsequent chapters have described the process of how two of us as university researchers worked closely with the teachers to develop intermediate theory. Chapter 8 then investigated the extent to which the ideas and practices developed by the T-MEDIA teachers were later taken up or adapted by other teachers.
