The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene oxide/waterborne polyurethane nano composite. The preparation method comprises the steps: after dewatering polyether polyol (N220) in vacuum, adding diphenylmethane Diisocyanate and uniformly mixing, reacting to obtain a prepolymer; adding 2-hydroxypropionic acid for introducing a hydrophilic radical, reacting, cooling, dropping acetone for diluting, adding triethylamine and further stirring; and adding a graphene oxide water solution, deionized water and ethylenediamine for performing an emulsion reaction under the condition of high-speed stirring to obtain a graphene oxide/waterborne polyurethane nano composite emulsion, and drying to obtain the graphene oxide/waterborne polyurethane nano composite. The preparation method is simple and convenient, low in cost, strong in controllability and suitable for large-scale industrialized production; the prepared nano composite can be applied to the fields of various anticorrosive paints, building coatings, engineering materials and the like.
