Technique of Pulpotomy in Primary Teeth Using Nd: YAG laser

Using laser for pulpotomy in primary teeth has been an alternative technique for avoiding tissue toxicity and side effects of formocresol of which might happened.Some studies showed that laser therapy also could promote healing process,stimulate dentinogenesis and preserve vitality of the dental pulp.This article presented the techniques of pulpotomy in primary molar using Nd : YAG laser 2W,20 Hz,100mj for coagulation the dental pulp in 2 cases and 6-8 months results.
