Construction of dominant deposit insurance system in China

A deposit insurance system has already been known as one of three basic components in finance security network, togather with a prudent supervision of finance supervision bureau and central bank as the last money lender. This paper mainly analyzes the function of deposit insurance system, exposes the necessity to establish the system in China,and finally discusses the concept to establish the system in China.
