Исследование кинетических коэффициентов электроультрафильтрационного разделения промышленных растворов биохимических производств

2014
The paper describes the outcomes of the study on the influence of operating pressure on the formation of dynamic membranes under electroultrafiltration of aqueous solutions of biochemical industries. It was revealed that with the increase of the working pressure dynamic membranes are formed on the surface of ultrafiltration membranes, thus increasing the coefficient of detention and the specific solvent flow tends to the asymptotic value. Under electric field kinetic coefficients membranes vary in a complex manner. To calculate the resistance of dynamic membrane calculation formula based on Darcy's law was proposed. To describe the flux of solvent through the membrane depending on the operating pressure, the current density and the concentration of the starting solution we proposed approximation expression that provides sufficient accuracy for engineering calculations. To describe the coefficient of detention of membranes, depending on the operating pressure, the current density and the concentration of the starting solution we modified the well-known expression obtained by solving the one-dimensional equation of convective diffusion.
