Porokeratosis, first described by Mibelli in 1893, is a skin disorder histopathologically characterised by the presence of cornoid lamella. Porokeratosis with follicular involvement has been previously reported and was formally named follicular porokeratosis by Pongpudpunth et al. in 2009 [1].
