Supplier Performance Feedback Included Purchasing Order Optimization Model

Using the three-stage model of supplier selection and evaluation and the data of annual performance evaluation of qualified suppliers,the paper establishes a multi-objective programming model of order distribution capable of performance evaluation feedback,with the objectives being minimal cost and optimal quality of purchasing,and introduces performance factor to improve the variable non-negative constraint of traditional objective programmings.Having identified the optimal annual order distribution plan from the existing qualified suppliers,it compares the plans with and without performance feedback,with results showing that the ones with performance feedback are superior to the others.
