A Novel Frequency Modulation Mechanism: The Interfacial Polarization Effect of SnO 2 /Sn/rGO Microwave Absorbers
2021
Intelligent materials with effective frequency modulation (FM) are expected to meet practical application requirements but remains a great challenge. Herein, SnO2/Sn/rGO composites with frequency adjustable properties were successfully obtained by controlling the interface components. The realization of effective FM ascribes to the adjustable interfacial polarizations caused by the introduction of SnO2/Sn into rGO. In addition, the relaxation polarization loss plays a decisive role in microwave loss and FM mechanisms (relative to conductance loss), which are related to the intrinsic carrier concentration and the carrier migration. This strategy and theoretical analysis here may provide a new perspective for the design of the smart devices in a practical application.
