This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of Faperta UNIKI and the Laboratory of Plant Physiology, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, from June 2020 to December 2020. This study aimed to determine the effect of mycorrhizae on chili yields on ultisol soils and the interaction between these two factors. This study used a 4 x 3 factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 3 replications, in order to obtain 36 experimental units consisting of two factors. The first factor is the variety which consists of three levels, namely Carlos F1, Kiyo F1 and La Odeng, while the second factor is the dose of mycorrhizal fertilizer consisting of 0, 5, 10 and 15 g/plant.The parameters observed were the number of fruit planted, the weight of the fruit planted.The results showed that giving had a very significant effect on fruit weight plant
