The invention discloses a cable testing device, comprising a testing cabinet and a control cabinet, wherein the testing cabinet is provided with a cable conductivity and high-voltage insulativity testing circuit, a testing operation panel, a testing port and a data transmission port, wherein the testing operation panel is provided with a display screen, a program selection key, an operation key and a stop key, the control cabinet is provided with a display, an industrial personal computer and a data transmission port, and the data transmission port of the testing cabinet and the data transmission port of the control cabinet are connected through a data line. According to the invention, by means of carrying out automatic batch testing on the conductivity and high-voltage insulativity of the cable on an unmanned plane, the efficiency and reliability of testing the cable on the unmanned plane are improved, the requirements on the efficiency and reliability of the cable testing for the unmanned plane are met, and the cable testing device can be widely applied to cable testing of the unmanned planes of various models.
