以HBc颗粒为呈现载体的真核表达载体pcDNA3.1-HBc(上标 Nhel)的构建

[Objective] To construct DNA vaccine vector pcDNA3.1-HBc(superscript Nhel). [Methods] We usedPCR to add the NheI site to plasmid pTrc-core, then HBc(superscript Nhel) gene was cloned into vector pcDNA3.1, the target genes were sequenced and the plasmids were extracted. [Results] We successfully constrct the DNA vaccine vector. [Conclusion] The plasmid pcDNA3.1-HBc(superscript Nhel) might be able to serve as curing or preventive DNA vaccines candidate.
