STRATEGI MANAJER DALAM MENINGKATKAN LOYALITAS KARYAWAN DI RESTORAN KQ-5 HALALAN THAYYIBAN KOTA PADANG

The research background is the self-loyalty of employees who work at the KQ-5 Halalan Thayyiban Restaurant in Padang City. How is the manager's strategy in increasing employee loyalty in terms of three strategic processes, namely strategy formulation, implementation and evaluation. The research objective is to describe how the strategy formulation, implementation and evaluation are carried out by managers in increasing employee loyalty. This research is a field research using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of research data are managers and employees of the KQ-5 Halalan Thayyiban Restaurant in Padang City which are determined by purposive sampling technique. Data processing techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results found: the formulation of strategies by analyzing the human resources needed, developing the company mission, analyzing corporate culture, formulating work systems and programs that support increased employee loyalty. Strategy implementation by communicating and directing the strategy to employees through interaction and emotional closeness that is built with employees, and by making managers role models for employees. Strategy evaluation is carried out by managers by comparing the desired expectations with the results obtained.
