Device for removing mercury in coal-fired power plant with wet flue gas desulfurization wastewater

2011
The utility model discloses a device for removing mercury in a coal-fired power plant with wet flue gas desulfurization wastewater. The device comprises a pulverized coal conveying belt (2), a boiler (3), an air preheater (4), a flue (5), a dust collector (6), a wet desulfurization tower (7), a wastewater treatment system (8) and a wastewater pipeline (9), wherein one end of the wastewater pipeline (9) is connected with the wastewater treatment system (8), and the other end of the wastewater pipeline (9) is connected to the upper side of the pulverized coal conveying belt (2) and/or into the flue (5). Compared with the existing mercury removal technology, the device for removing the mercury consumes no material and no heat source during running of a system, is low in cost, overcomes the shortcoming of high running cost of the existing mercury removal technology, particularly the activated carbon injection mercury removal technology, and has no negative effect on running of the boiler, dust collection, denitration and desulfurization. Besides, by the aid of the device, fly ash in flue gas can be humidified, the dust collection efficiency of the dust collector can be improved, the reuse rate of the wastewater is increased, water resources are saved, and the purpose of waste control by waste is achieved.
