The problem of the project is developed thanks to two factors identified in modern education; The first refers to assessing in a procedural way, taking into account the multiple conflicts of labeling, low grades, the emotional development of the student and their passive participation in the evaluation process, in accordance with the teaching-learning process. The second factor takes into account the measures of a comprehensive evaluation and its poor execution in schools. The evaluate; Within the investigation, it is related to the feedback process. Thanks to the evaluation processes, the student stores the knowledge better and his skills are reinforced; with the objectives of diagnosing the use of techniques and instruments for evaluating the educational process in 3rd grade students of the Unidad Educativa Mercedes de Jesus Molina in the subject of Social Studies, and the specific objectives that pretend to characterize the theoretical referents, describe the use of each technique and instrument and propose an alternative guideline, with the purpose of demonstrating quality in the learning, participation and effective interaction of the students. With the research work we want to describe the evaluation as a vital phase to remember and reinforce the learning in the students, using techniques and instruments according to the teachinglearning process.
