ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN ALAT DAN MESIN PERTANIAN SERTA BIAYA INVESTASI GUNA MEWUJUDKAN SWASEMBADA BERAS DI KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN

This study has aimed to determine the number of Agricultural tools and machinery needed in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and the investment costs needed to increase rice production in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatera Province. The research was carried out in August 2019 to October 2019 at the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency's Agriculture Office, BPP (Service and Extension Agency) Office of Lempuing District,Lempuing Jaya District, and Teluk Gelam District South Sumatra Province. This research uses descriptive method with presentation in the form of tabulation. The parameters used in this study are the development of the number of agricultural equipment and machinery, the level of sufficient agricultural machinery and investment costs. The results showed the adequacy level of combine harvester and rice grinding machines that is 6% and 418% or combine harvester and rice grinding machines are included in more categories and the tool can be transferred to deficient districts. The level of adequacy that is included in the category of less that is a 2 wheel tractor, 4 wheel tractor, pump,dryer, transplanter and power threser with a percentage of 4%, 3.79%, 2.18%, 2%, 1% and 1% or the amount needed to meet the shortcomings of the device is 4001 units, 739 units, 6147 units, 1101 units, 1778 units and 15,418 units. Keywords: alsintan, rice production, adequacy level Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah alat dan mesin yang dibutuhkan di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir serta biaya investasi yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan produksi beras di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2019 sampai dengan Oktober 2019 di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, Kantor BPP (Badan Pelayanan dan Penyuluhan) Kecamatan Lempuing, Kecamatan Lempuing Jaya, dan Kecamatan Teluk Gelam Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan penyajian dalam bentuk tabulasi. Adapun parameter yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perkembangan jumlah alat dan mesin pertanian, tingkat kecukupan alsintan dan biaya investasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kecukupan combine harvester dan mesin penggiling padi yaitu 6% dan 418% atau combine harvester dan mesin penggiling padi termasuk kategori lebih dan alat tersebut bisa dialihkan untuk kecamatan yang kekurangan. Tingkat kecukupan yang termasuk kategori kurang yaitu traktor TR2, traktor TR4, pompa, dryer, transplanter, dan power threser dengan persentase yaitu 4%, 3.79%, 2.18%, 2%, 1% dan 1% atau jumlah yang dibutuhkan untuk mencukupi kekurangan alat tersebut yaitu 4001 unit, 739 unit, 6147 unit, 1101 unit, 1778 unit dan 15.418 unit.
