The invention discloses an intelligent vehicle call system which comprises personal mobile communication equipment, vehicle-mounted communication equipment and a a cloud server, wherein the personal mobile communication equipment is used for transmitting position information and vehicle calling request at a requesting end to the cloud server and receiving vehicle information fed back according to the vehicle calling request; the vehicle-mounted communication equipment is used for providing position information and current operation state for the cloud server and checking the vehicle calling request transmitted by the cloud server and position information of passengers; and the cloud server is used for receiving position information of the personal mobile communication equipment and the vehicle-mounted communication equipment, performing comparison in an electronic map, calculating and seeking to obtain a vehicle position nearest the passengers according to principle of proximity, and transmitting the position information of the passengers to the vehicle-mounted communication equipment, and the vehicle-mounted communication equipment receives the vehicle calling request and the position information of the passengers so as to complete the vehicle calling pairing.
