Preparation and Characteristics of Radio-frequency Broadband LTN_2B Type NiZn Ferrite Materials

NixZn1-xFe2O4 ferrites were prepared by traditional oxides method combining composite doping.Proper measures are used to optimize the synthesis parameters.According to zinc (Zn) concentration dependence of magnetic permeability and Curie temperature,the proper Ni content x was determined to be 0.36.We chosed a reasonable sintering temperature and fabricated the high qulity LTN2B Ni-Zn ferrite material,achieving design specifications.The material features initial permeability (μi) of 2188,Curie temperature (TC) of 136 ℃ and intensity of saturation magnetic induction (Bs) of 319 mT,which can be expected to be applied to anti-RF broadband EMI filter.
