The purpose of this study was to determine if the monoclonal antibody ICO-10 or photosensitization mediated by the fluorescent dye murocyanine-540 (MC-540) kill preferentially murine lymphoma and lymphosarcoma cells in simulated autologous remission marrow grafts. Our results indicate that tumor cells may purged from autologous bone marrow grafts either: a) by incubating the grafts with 1CO-10 followed by two treatment with rabbit complement or, b) by exposing them to white light for 40 minutes during incubation with MC-540.
