Infection Type Analysis about 120 Cases of CIN and Cervical Human Papillomavirus

Objective To analyze the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and the infection type of human papilloma virus(HPV) by carvial cancer patient.Methods To collect 120 patient of Qingyuan MCH who diagnose CIN and carvial cancer,dectection by PCR and hybrid DNA chip technology,and analyze the infection type of HPV.Result There were 46 cases of CIN Ⅰ,48 cases of CIN Ⅱ,17 cases of CIN Ⅲ,and 9 cases of carvical cancer were positive for HPV-DNA,which 46 cases were 16 type,22 cases were 52 type,16 cases were 58 type,11 cases were 56 type,10 cases were 33 type,7 cases were 18 type,1 cases were 11type,1 cases were 35 type,1 cases were 42 type,1 cases were 43 type,1 cases were 53 type,1 cases were 66 type,1 cases were 68 type,1 cases were 68 type,1 cases were 73 type.Conclusion The majority of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and carvial cancer paitient were high risk type.Especially the 38.3% were the 16 type,and the 18.3% were the 52 type,the 13.3% were the 58 type,the 9.17% were the 56 type,the 8.3% were the 33 type.
