The invention discloses spiral CT equipment and a three-dimensional image reconstruction method. The spiral CT equipment comprises a detection stand, a rotary supporting device, a plurality of X-ray sources and a plurality of X-ray receiving devices, wherein the detection stand is used for bearing an object to be detected, and the detection stand defines a detection space which is positioned on the detection stand and used for accommodating the object to be detected; the rotary supporting device surrounds the detection space in a plane parallel to a first direction in a detection state, and can rotate around the detection space; the plurality of X-ray sources are arranged on the rotary supporting device, and are used for transmitting X rays passing through the detection space; the plurality of X-ray receiving devices are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of X-ray sources, are arranged on the rotary supporting device in a manner of facing the plurality of X-ray sources separately, and are used for acquiring X-ray signals passing through the detection space; and the plurality of X-ray sources and the plurality of X-ray receiving devices can rotate along with the rotary supporting device uniformly.
