실용음악 전공자의 진로선택 과정을 통한 근거이론 연구

This paper was studied for the purpose of deep exploration of fear and inexperience experienced in career choices of practical music majors, understanding career processes, and understanding social life. Based on the evidence theory method, people in their 20s and 30s who had experienced social life for more than seven years were selected as participating researchers, collected data through interviews, and analyzed in the order of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The core category was derived from "Starting a Dream Not Recognized." After the preparatory stage in the social life-saving model, he repeated the steps of challenge, frustration, and effort several times, and then moved on to the stage of professional and constant effort. Through this study, we learned that self-development and self-promotion should be basic, and that networking built up with good human resources is important. Career barriers can be solved through repeated challenges, frustrations, and efforts, and results have been derived that cultural infrastructure creation is necessary for practical music majors to survive in society.
