Above all, high levels of insufficient and elementary are evident in the performance of mathematics, as well as high rates of failure and dropout, a problem that prevails in Mexico. So, this research was carried out with the purpose of characterizing the teaching practices in the development of skills in the management of the law of the signs in the mathematical practice in the upper middle level in Sinaloa, it was sustained in the curricular pedagogical dimension of educational management The approach used was the qualitative one, with the methodology of action research the questionnaire of closed questions to teachers and students was used, and the structured interview to teachers. The results indicated that the teachers surveyed adequately perform their work in favor of knowledge of the law of signs. Likewise, a proposal for pedagogical inclusion was developed with the purpose of applying greater pedagogical emphasis to the law of signs and precedence of operations to improve the mathematical ability of students.
