Polymer nanoparticle composition for plasmid dna delivery, and preparation method therefor

Provided are a pharmaceutical composition containing plasmid DNA, and a preparation method therefor, the composition containing, as active ingredients: plasmid DNA; a peptide comprising a nuclear localization signal (NLS) sequence or an RGD peptide sequence; a cationic compound; and an amphiphilic block copolymer, wherein the plasmid DNA binds to the peptide so as to form a complex with the cationic lipid, and the complex is encapsulated within the nanoparticle structure of the amphiphilic block copolymer.
