From AC quantum voltmeter to quantum calibrator

2016
The AC Quantum Voltmeter, which was a breakthrough as an accredited, industrial-tested, fast and easy-to-use DC and AC voltage quantum-based calibrating system, has now been taken one step further with new extensive capabilities covering resistance and current measurements. Using equipment readily available in calibration laboratories, the new Quantum Calibrator covers a wide range of resistance by means of ratio measurement on a set of standard resistors. The same set of resistors is used for calibrating the current output of commercial calibrators, where the current is applied on a resistor and the output voltage is measured with the Josephson voltage standard.
