Evaluation method of maturity of keratinocytes

A method for evaluating the properties of keratinocytes in a horny layer sample derived from skin is disclosed. In this method, the selective staining of the cornified envelope, the selective staining of the nuclear component, and the antigenicity of the corneocytes are detected and evaluated.
