Materials which integrate conductivity and orientation are used for simultaneously manufacturing the electric conduction layer and the orientation layer in the substrate, the electric conduction layer and the orientation layer in the substrate do not need to be manufactured in a separated mode, the manufacturing technology of the electric conduction layer and the orientation layer is simplified, and complexity in manufacturing the liquid crystal display device is reduced.
