Detection method for maleic hydrazide residual amount in tobacco and tobacco products

The invention discloses a detection method for the maleic hydrazide residual amount in tobacco and tobacco products. The detection method comprises the steps that 1, a tobacco sample is pretreated, and a sample to be detected is obtained; 2, a deuterated maleic hydrazide water solution is used as an internal standard solution, the sample to be detected is measured through a liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer, and the maleic hydrazide residual amount in the detected sample is obtained through calculation according to the standard curve and the measurement result. The concentration of the deuterated maleic hydrazide in the internal standard solution is 100 micrograms/mL. By means of the detection method for the maleic hydrazide residual amount in the tobacco and the tobacco products, the maleic hydrazide pesticide residue in the tobacco and the tobacco products can be rapidly and accurately detected, and the detection result is accurate and good in repeatability.
