Preparation of green wood-based panels with modified UF glue two step process

2014
The present invention discloses a method for preparing green wood-based panels with modified UF glue two-step process, mainly the following parts by weight of the starting material: 37% by mass concentration of 56 to 60 parts of aqueous solution of formaldehyde, 42 to 39 parts of urea for agricultural, industrial grade melamine 0.2 to 2 parts, by weak acid - weak base prepared in two steps, wherein the step of weak acid is an addition of urea and formaldehyde while weakly acidic medium at pH 4 to 6.5 and in the polycondensation reaction. The inventors performed on the basis of the conventional three-step process is a weak base modified UF glue on the improvement, mainly combined into a weak acid - weak base in two steps, feeding feeding mode is formaldehyde and a melamine, urea in feeding three to four batches. Application of the present invention can improve the molecular structure of the rubber, the acid consumption is reduced by about half, so that further increase product strength, reduce the emission of formaldehyde, urea-formaldehyde glue resulting product has a low cost, high performance, and environmentally friendly.
