Typhoon cloud phase analysis with MODIS remote sensing data

Typhoon cloud phase has been analyzed with MODIS remote sensing data and atmospheric soundings data. The purpose is to understand the relationship among the temperature, humidity and cloud phase on cloud top, and to find the structure evolution information ahead of precipitation.
