Side inner wall guider for explosive tubes, and installing method with the same for controlled blasting

2012
The present invention relates to a side inner wall guider for an explosive tube, and a constructing method thereof for controlled blasting, which comprise: at least two body units (110, 120) which have a hollow space shape; a side wall (121) which is included inside one of the body units in order to divide the internal space of the one of the body units (110, 120); and an expandable side wall supporting piece (130) which mutually connects the body units so that the body units can operate in the same axis, and is unsymmetrically expanded in a radial direction when one of the body units approaches the other body unit. A side wall guider mounted explosive tube explodes inside a blasting hole by adhering to a wall surface and generates shock waves. The shock waves directly apply shock to the wall surface, and primarily generate cracks on the relevant bedrock and spread the cracks by the secondary expansion of gas pressure, thereby conducting blasting. Meanwhile, a wall face to be protected is separated from the explosive, and an air layer prevents the shock waves from directly spreading to the wall surface so that a smooth cutting surface can be formed by relatively reducing the power of the explosive on the protected wall surface. In addition, the side wall guider mounted explosive tube can ensure safe blasting construction by reducing over-cutting and minimizing the relaxation of the surrounding bedrock.
