Study on Methods of Improving the Survival Rate of Bionic Cultivation of Dendrobium huoshanense

The low survival rate of bionic cultivation of Dendrobium huoshanense has always been the main limiting factor for the large-scale development of Dendrobium huoshanense.On the basis of analyzing the factors affecting the survival rate of Dendrobium huoshanense cultivation,the paper held that the main factors affecting the survival rate are the individual differences in seedling propagation methods,seedling adaptabilities after transplantation and differences in cultivation techniques.After the qualities of the stem tissue culture nursery seedlings were improved,the methods and ideas for solving subsequent problems were put forward to ensure the transplantation qualities during the seedling transplantation adaptation period supported by matching cultivation techniques for the qualitive improvement of the survival rate of bionic cultivation of Dendrobium huoshanense,which may have guiding significance for its scientific research,production and development.
