Redesigning Primary Care Well Child Visits: A Group Model

Background: Providing effective, efficient well child-care can be challenging. Many obstacles exist for delivering well child-care to low-income populations including time, cultural barriers and limited resources. Urban, immigrant populations face unique social circumstances and stand to benefit from a model of care that provides parents with enhanced support and education.
