Investigation of Obstacle Factors in Obtaining Information by Farmers in Hainan and Its Enlightenment

Invested the Hainan farmers' information demand situation and influence factors, questionnaire (valid questionnaires 572) analysis showed that: Hainan farmers to obtain information by a single mean, focused on agricultural information technology level; the main reasons were the low cultural quality of the peasants, poor economic conditions and the hardware equipment. Recommendations for avoiding increase the information gap between the rich and the poor, the government should gradually standardized information market order, develop rural information talent.
