Concrete construction process of steel tube columns of super-high-rise building

2011
The invention discloses a concrete construction process of steel tube columns of a super-high-rise building, which includes: reserving pouring holes at intervals of four floors, and processing the pouring holes on the steel tube columns on the corresponding floors; mounting the steel tube columns; mounting floor steel beams and connecting the steel tube columns with core tubes; mounting reinforced truss combination floor decks and pouring floor deck concrete; laying concrete conveying pump pipes on the corresponding floor decks of the lowermost steel tube columns with the holes, and inserting the pump pipes into the pouring holes; using micro-expansive concrete for pouring, and stopping pouring when the concrete in each pouring hole is 500mm away from a lower opening; firmly welding corresponding steel plates to the pouring holes; and repeating the steps to complete pouring of the steel tube column concrete. No tower crane needs to be used with the concrete construction process, conveying pressure is relieved, efficiency is improved, and cost is lowered. Applying the concrete construction process to the finished floor decks relieves potential safety hazards in square crossing. Use of the non-vibrated self-compacting micro-expansive concrete reduces labor, guarantees quality, and is economical and reasonable.
