The invention provides a construction technology method of large-scale lead pipe roofs of tunnels and underground engineering without workshops, which comprises the following steps: drilling shallow holes on a grout-stopping wall (2) by utilizing a drilling machine (4) according to design parameters in a designed tunnel excavation contour line (1), installing a pipe roof guide pipe (6), drilling a pipe roof hole (9) to the designed hole depth through the guide pipe (6), retrieving a drilling rod (3), and removing a drilling head (5); connecting the drilling rod (3) with a large pipe roof through a pipe roof connecting piece (10), and sequentially pushing the large pipe roof (9) into a pipe roof hole (8) section by section through impact rotation; when the last pipe roof (14) is pushed, reloading a top pipe roof pusher (13) for directly pushing the pipe roof to the outside of the tunnel excavation contour line (1), and finally, carrying out grouting construction; and carrying out construction of pipe roofs one by one to complete the designed pipe roofs. The technology method of the invention has convenient construction, can greatly reduce the engineering cost and the construction risk, obtains good effect by construction engineering tests, and has good popularization and application prospects.
