The invention discloses a rotating wheel dehumidifying system comprising a rotating wheel, the interior of which is divided into a treatment area, a regeneration area and a heat recycling area through a sealing device; wherein, absorbent for absorbing moisture is attached on the surface of the rotating wheel on which the moist air input pipeline of a pre-cooling coil tube is arranged; wherein, the moist air input pipeline is divided into a branch pipeline for treatment communicated with the treatment area of the rotating wheel, a regeneration wind inlet pipeline communicated with the heat recycling area of the rotating wheel, an output pipeline for dry air communicated with the treatment area of the rotating wheel and provided with a secondary cooling coil tube, a branch pipeline for regeneration and a regeneration discharge pipeline communicated with the regeneration area; one end of the branch pipeline for regeneration is communicated with the heat recycling area, while the other end is communicated with the regeneration area; a regeneration heater is arranged on the branch pipeline for regeneration; a regeneration cooling coil pipe is arranged on the regeneration discharge pipeline. The rotating wheel dehumidifying system effectively lowers the energy consumption required for regenerative heating, improves the effects of wind treatment and dehumidification, and has no muggy effect on surrounding environments.
